Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work remotely within our footprint states, including WA, OR, MT, NM, and TX. This position has multiple openings for both full-time and part-time positions, offering flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that patients have a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and support
• Resolve patient accounts in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to set schedules and handle time standards
• Treat customers with compassion and respect, protecting their privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Be available to assist customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or communications
• Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success
• Certification in customer service or a related field, such as CCSP or CCEP
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations

Salary Range

The salary range for this position will vary depending on location, with the following ranges applicable:

• NorCal (Napa, Sonoma): $21.82 - $33.99 per hour
• Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt): $19.45 - $30.29 per hour
• WA Puget Sound: $18.66 - $29.06 per hour
• Oregon (Portland): $18.66 - $29.06 per hour
• Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside): $17.39 - $27.09 per hour
• Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla): $16.60 - $25.86 per hour
• Montana: $15.02 - $23.40 per hour
• Texas/New Mexico: $14.23 - $22.17 per hour
