A Property and Casualty (P&C) license is not required to apply, as blithequark will support your licensure process, expecting completion within 60 days of your start date. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of customers. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity is also essential. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in a remote work setting and familiarity with insurance software and systems.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $21.00, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401K match. blithequark also covers the cost of your P&C license and provides all necessary work equipment for remote work. Schedule and Work-Life Balance
