As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery. You will also assist customers with questions, work through problem-solving scenarios, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Our associates are expected to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also be required to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may be required to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).
