About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR, you will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their policies. While waiting for your license to be processed, you will focus on handling billing calls, and once licensed, you will be handling a wide range of policy-related inquiries.
