* Importing registration documents into patients' electronic health records, following up on outstanding A/R, and resolving issues or changes to achieve client profitability.
* Handling all correspondence related to insurance or patient accounts, contacting insurance carriers, patients, and other facilities as needed to get maximum payment on accounts and identify issues or changes.
* Working EDI transactions and ERA files, including reconciling carrier submissions, edits, and rejection reports.

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field.
