About the Role: Work from Home Customer Service Representative
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Road Runner Sports, interacting directly with customers who call our inbound phone center. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
- Sell top fitness products and services, making recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Introduce customers to our VIP Family perks, enhancing their overall shopping experience
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Meet sales goals and targets, earning bonuses and incentives for outstanding performance

Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
- Remote/work-from-home experience (a plus, but not required)
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and make effective recommendations
- A positive attitude and self-motivation, working independently in a home-based environment
- Basic computer skills, including typing, navigating the internet, and using basic software applications
- Ability to calculate simple retail math and process transactions accurately

- A reliable and flexible schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day
