Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant at our Downtown Broadway location, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your primary goal will be to create personalized connections with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations. You will be empowered to use a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options and showcasing the full suite of AT&T products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences through personalized sales expertise and a deep understanding of AT&T's products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing a consultative sales approach and leveraging the full suite of AT&T products and services
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure that customers' needs are met
- Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Stay up-to-date with evolving technology and changing customer needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sales software and technology
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
