Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls (up to 90% of assigned shift) and process orders efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately and track call types to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated listening and comprehension abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, or in-office experience in a medical setting).
- Insurance experience.
- Previous experience in the optical industry.
- Bilingual French speaking skills (commanding a higher pay rate of $20.00 per hour).
