About the Role
Your ultimate goal as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex is to deliver a positive experience that solves customers' challenges in one call. And, while working to resolve issues, you'll also help to drive sales on products and services that will keep them happy and connected. As a key member of our team, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, leading with empathy and ensuring that customers feel heard and cared for
- Drive sales on products and services that meet customers' needs and keep them connected
- Apply resources to determine the right solutions for customers, using problem-solving skills and a patient approach
- Work a schedule that is primarily evenings and weekends (and occasional holidays), with flexibility to meet business needs
- Collaborate virtually with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service or sales experience
- Willingness to work a schedule that is primarily evenings and weekends (and occasional holidays)
- Meet all home office requirements and be located in the state of Florida
- Ability to provide internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem and capable of at least 25mbps plan minimum
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, it's even better if you have:
- Demonstrated self-discipline, time management, and ability to collaborate virtually
- Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A
- Interest in learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Experience promoting and/or selling products and services
- Demonstrated communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
