Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English, with the ability to demonstrate these skills in a written assessment.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation through systems, and internet research to support our customers.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
