Your primary responsibility will be to receive initial calls, gather information, and relay it to our team of clinicians. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from patients, families, and healthcare providers, and provide exceptional customer service and support

- Utilize your technical skills to navigate our systems and software, and ensure seamless communication with our clinical team

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Additionally, you'll need to have:
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with the ability to meet minimum requirements
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation

- Availability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
- Access to high-speed internet on a personal network, and a personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment
