Key Responsibilities: Bringing Product Marketing to Life
- Develop positioning and messaging that articulates the value proposition of our product suite, including mass messaging, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
- Leverage your understanding of retail media advertising solutions to create compelling marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Translate business goals and insights into actionable and measurable product marketing strategies, working closely with stakeholders across Roundel and broader Target.
- Possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities, engaging partners across the organization to collaboratively solve problems and drive business growth.
- Analyze, interpret, and synthesize data into a compelling story, using your strong media acumen to inform marketing strategies and assess work against defined objectives.
- Demonstrate a bias for action, navigating ambiguity and thinking fast on your feet to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, using your proven project management skills to drive successful marketing strategies and deliver results.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed as a Product Marketing Manager for Roundel, you'll need:
- A four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the retail media or advertising industry.
- A strong understanding of retail media/advertising solutions and the digital industry.
