The Materials Engineering Department at Cal Poly invites applications for a full-time, Post-Doctoral Teaching Fellow appointment as a Full-Time Lecturer. This teaching development program is designed to attract and prepare outstanding individuals with completed PhDs for a successful career in engineering academia by gaining teaching experience and training at a premier teaching-oriented engineering institution. As a Post-Doctoral Teaching Fellow, you will primarily engage in teaching activities in fundamental or specialized materials engineering courses appropriate to your preparation. You will also be supported through mentorship by experienced engineering educators and through the University's Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology.

The salary range for this position is $4,530-$6,056 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
