As an Implementation Specialist at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Salesforce solutions to clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with consultants and senior consultants on a wide range of projects to design and implement software solutions that meet client needs
Attending weekly project meetings and taking detailed meeting notes as required
Participating in internal debrief meetings to discuss project progress and identify areas for improvement
Completing delegated project action items and communicating with project team members and clients as needed
Co-designing and implementing software solutions using the Salesforce platform and other technology stacks
Identifying risks and issues to prevent potential problems and ensure project success
Working with agile and other methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
Helping to identify and implement process improvements to enhance our current processes and avoid repeating mistakes

In this role, you can expect to spend approximately 70% of your time on Salesforce build, 20% on client interaction, and 10% on project scoping.
