About the Role: Overnight Pharmacy Technician

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join our overnight team at Blithequark, a leading provider of healthcare services. As a Front End Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with pharmacists, and providing top-notch customer service. Day in the Life:

As an overnight Pharmacy Technician at Blithequark, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:

• Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions
• Assisting in reviewing narcotic prescriptions to ensure timely return
• Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other flagged items
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

• Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification
