About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and professional environment where no two days are the same. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate shipment of life-changing products to our customers. We currently have the following shifts available: Day Shift (Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM start until shift is complete) and Mid Shift (Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:30 PM or until shift is complete).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective order fulfillment management by moving efficiently throughout your shift to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
- Operate power industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products within the warehouse.
- Participate in our Vitality Wellness program to earn health discounts and rewards for staying active during your shift.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in on-the-job training to certify in driving power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and operating advanced automation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest procedures and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (previous experience is an asset but not required).
- Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift).
- Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and accuracy standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience operating power industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive culture.
