Job Summary

As a part-time remote Data Entry Clerk at Blithequark, you will be responsible for receiving requests for technical assistance from customers, opening requests, and submitting them into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review. You will also review each open ticket to see the outcome from the Help Desk and email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates.
