Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into various databases and systems, verifying and correcting data where necessary, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. You will also assist with data cleanup and validation projects, generate reports as required, and communicate effectively with team members. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into various databases and systems, ensuring attention to detail and efficiency
• Verify and correct data where necessary, to maintain data integrity and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of data
• Assist with data cleanup and validation projects, to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Generate reports as required, to support business decision-making and data analysis

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus
• Previous experience in data entry or related field; experience with data entry software and MS Office is highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail, with ability to accurately enter data and verify information
• Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
