About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and talented New Business Intern to join our team. As a New Business Intern, you will play a critical role in driving success by reviewing and researching business problems, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders, and executing solutions to improve team results. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Problem-Solving: Review and research business problems impacting the New Business team, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with leaders, peers, and stakeholders on solutions, and communicate progress and changes to stakeholders.
- Solution Execution: Drive execution of solutions to improve team results, and track improvements throughout the project.
- Project Outcomes: Present project outcomes and learnings at the internship's end.
- Time Management: Self-direct, manage time, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Teamwork: Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
About You
We're looking for students who are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field. You should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly learn AssetMark technology systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present project outcomes and learnings.
- Time Management: Ability to self-direct, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in work products.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Academic Achievement: Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.

- Hourly Wage: $17.00 per hour.
