What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
- Native Portuguese and English B2 communication skills, with the ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in both languages
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Personal or professional experience in crypto, with a solid understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
- Analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer support and representing blithequark in a professional manner
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload), ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from your home office
