About the Role
As a customer onboarding specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for welcoming our clients post-sale and curating an exceptional onboarding experience. Your goal will be to optimize client retention, maximize adoption of our services, and deliver delight to our clients. You will excel in teaching our clients how to use our tools, understand our diverse services, and usher them through the process to realize their value. Your Priorities
- Providing tailored services for paid implementation clients, including consulting, building, and graphic design
- Providing clients with creative direction and solutions to problems via tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing
- Working closely with clients to curate their onboarding journey and ensure that apps pass internal review within six weeks or less from signup
- Reviewing client apps for quality assurance
- Collaborating with your team on new projects and ideas to better the client experience
- Troubleshooting complex issues and providing timely resolutions

- A Skilled Communicator: You are a strong writer and comfortable on the phone, with excellent communication skills that enable you to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- A blithequark Platform Expert: You have a deep understanding of our platform, including all areas related to onboarding for the App, Giving, SnapPages, and future products.
- Technical: You enjoy learning about new technology and understanding how things work, with the ability to build a blithequark app that will pass review in under one hour and translate a client's previous website into a SnapPages site within 3 hours.
- A Problem Solver: You are a critical thinker by nature and love solving puzzles, with a strong ability to analyze complex issues and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
- Experience using systems like Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, and Google Apps, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools to drive client success
Bonus Qualifications
- Basic coding knowledge, with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Photoshop and/or other image manipulation and design programs, with a talent for creating visually appealing designs
