Job Overview

We are looking for a well-rounded individual with outstanding communication skills and a passion for excellence in customer service to fill the role of Live Chat Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple live chat conversations, providing timely and accurate responses, and connecting our site visitors with our practice-based professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients and schedule them for in-clinic or virtual consultations
• Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time while providing timely and accurate responses
• Follow our lead journey process as applicable and collaborate with Leadership to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals
• Focus on quantity and quality, responding effectively to 100% of live chats and having meaningful conversations with prospective patients
• Provide accurate information, including starting prices and other approved information, and qualify leads
• Assist with sales-related administrative tasks and other ad hoc projects as assigned
• Collaborate with our practice-based professionals to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions
• Experience using a CRM tool, preferably Intercom or Salesforce
• Typing speed of 60+ words per minute
• Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at any given time while providing outstanding customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to achieve defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between)
• Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time
• Availability to work on a Saturday or Sunday (or both)
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices
• Ability to learn new techniques and adapt to changing situations
