**Responsibilities**
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims with precision and care.
* Providing A+ customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported.
* Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Collaborating with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional service.
* Supporting Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence, helping to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
* Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage, ensuring that they receive the best possible outcomes.
**What You Bring to the Table**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in an independent agency setting.
* Active P&C License, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the industry.
* Stellar communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
* Insane attention to detail, with the ability to catch what others miss.
* Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
