Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your duties will include:
- Answering customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective way.
- Focusing on customer retention by providing personalized support, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring customers receive the support they need in a efficient and seamless manner.
- Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and ensuring issues are fully resolved.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, reports, and updates in our CRM system.
- Gathering and evaluating relevant data to handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring that all issues are properly documented and addressed.
- Recording customer comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using this information to improve our services and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills.
- Bilingual skills, which are considered a plus, as they enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in an energy-related field, where you've developed strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, with proper grammar and a professional tone.
