As a Ramp Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers' baggage and cargo arrive safely and on time, while also providing outstanding customer service.
In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that require physical effort, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Your daily tasks will include safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, as well as guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions. You will also be responsible for safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather, and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.

As a Ramp Agent, you will work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts, based on operational needs. You can expect to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often in harsh weather conditions, and to prioritize safety and security at all times.
