Job Overview
As an Implementation Specialist at Fast Slow Motion, you will work closely with our team of consultants and senior consultants on a wide range of projects, leveraging your excellent communication, business, and technical skills to drive success. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating on project design and implementation, attending weekly project meetings, taking detailed meeting notes, and communicating with project team members and clients as needed. You will also be responsible for building complex software systems within the Salesforce platform, identifying risks and issues, and working with agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consultants and senior consultants on project design and implementation
- Attend weekly project meetings and take detailed meeting notes as needed
- Communicate with project team members and clients to ensure successful project outcomes
- Build complex software systems within the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and more
- Identify risks and issues, and work with agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions
- Attend daily team standup meetings to review project status, discuss team workload, and collaborate on complex problems
- Co-design and implement software solutions using various technology stacks
- Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance our current processes and avoid repeating mistakes
Estimated Percentage of Time
As an Implementation Specialist, you can expect to allocate your time as follows:
- Salesforce build: 70%
- Client interaction (attending meetings in a supporting role): 20%
- Project scoping (supporting consultants in scoping projects): 10%
