Key Responsibilities:

- Inquiry Management: Handle inquiries and requests from clients and travelers, providing information, assistance, and routing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual regarding sustainable travel options, eco-friendly accommodations, and responsible tourism initiatives.
- Reservation Assistance: Assist travelers with booking accommodations, flights, and eco-friendly transportation options, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences and sustainability values.
- Itinerary Coordination: Coordinate travel itineraries, including accommodations, flights, tours, and activities, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients and guests while promoting sustainable travel practices.
- Environmental Awareness: Educate travelers about eco-friendly travel options, carbon offset programs, and sustainable tourism practices, encouraging them to make environmentally conscious choices during their journeys.
