About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Customer Success to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing some of our most critical commercial relationships with our largest animal health pharmaceutical manufacturer partners. You will lead a high-performing team that supports these partners with essential sales and marketing functions, driving value and growth in these relationships. Your expertise in building and maintaining strong partnerships, combined with your ability to inspire and motivate your team, will be instrumental in achieving our goals.
