- Conducting site visits within the region to investigate issues or install/update hardware and software if the help issue cannot be partially resolved remotely
- Conducting follow-up calls to clients to verify issues were resolved completely and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Completing service orders to avoid operational delays in resolving issues and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
