Job Summary
As a Contact Center Agent at American Express, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment; experience working remotely is a plus.
