Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- 0-2 Years of Customer Service Experience: We're looking for individuals with little to no experience in customer service, but a strong desire to learn and grow in this field. Chat experience is a plus, but not required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers via live chat.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You should have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Basic Computer Skills: You should have basic knowledge of computer software and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
