Key Responsibilities
- Chart the Course: Define the vision and roadmap for our chat products using customer insights, market trends, and business goals. This includes conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and developing a comprehensive product strategy.
- From Idea to Launch: Prioritize features, define requirements, and lead the development process from concept to launch. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
