**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration to join our team. As an IAM Integration Specialist, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more. **Key Responsibilities**
As an IAM Integration Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more
* Implementing SailPoint integration with a strong focus on IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance
* Experience with JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
* Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
* Troubleshooting IAM solution in an enterprise environment
* Collaborating with international-class software and platform teams to design software integrations that fit a scalable, agile shape
**What You'll Contribute**
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
* Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
* Strong experience with exchange deployment/ release management experience
* A tremendous mindset and a passion for innovation and collaboration
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field

* 5+ years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven company

* Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
