**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our benefits administration team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our benefits administration processes.
**Responsibilities**
As a full stack data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing third-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners, providing analytical support and recommendations to senior management, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
* Managing digital eligibility files and discrepancies for all benefits plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
* Developing and implementing business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, and determining and implementing necessary strategies and practices.
* Providing professional advice and guidance to others in the application of data and best practices, supporting and aligning efforts to meet client and business needs.
* Modeling compliance with company policies and procedures, and supporting business projects, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, human resources, or finance.
* At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration, data entry, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations and policies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with benefits administration software.
* Knowledge of 401(k) plans or other retirement plans, with a strong understanding of compliance regulations and requirements.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with benefits administration software, such as ADP or Paychex.
* Certification in benefits administration, such as the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or the Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
* Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to create and interpret complex reports and dashboards.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
