With a strong focus on innovation, customer experience, and employee satisfaction, we are constantly looking for talented individuals who share our values and are passionate about making a difference. **About the Job** As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you will be a key partner to our outreach team, supporting job-specific guarantee enablement, process education, leader sales skill development, and a robust new hire training program.
