About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team in a work-from-home opportunity. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various contact channels, including Twitter, email, phone, and chat. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will be critical in building trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various contact channels, including Twitter, email, phone, and chat.
- Research and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce.
- Experience with social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, or Mandarin.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- A salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
