Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-obsessed Azure Customer Experience Engineer to join our FastTrack for Azure (FTA) team. As a key member of our global team, you'll work closely with large enterprise customers to deliver complex migration projects and drive future product enhancements based on customer feedback and learnings. About the Role

As an Azure Customer Experience Engineer, you'll be responsible for partnering with program managers and service delivery teams to plan, architect, and deliver complex infrastructure deployments and migrations for large enterprise customers. You'll work directly with customer application, infrastructure, and security stakeholders to define requirements, strategy, and processes for successful migrations. Your expertise in Azure Networking will enable you to provide direct feedback from customers to Azure product engineering teams to drive product improvements or escalate blocking issues.

Competitive Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
