As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling multiple incoming requests for information, and consistently demonstrating a calm and professional demeanor under pressure. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support
- Working from home
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- Keyboarding and internet experience needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
- Upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
- Articulate and well-accommodated to a client-facing role
- Ability to compose professional emails
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or live chat support
- Knowledge of Live Chat software and customer support platforms
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Available Shifts and Compensation
Available shifts are Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $29.00 - $40.00/hour.
