As a Flexologist at StretchLab Appleton, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized stretching sessions. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment, educating clients on the benefits of stretching, and helping them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and perform standard 25 and 50-minute one-on-one stretch sessions, including all major muscle groups and extremities
• Assess each client's needs, discuss outcome goals, and customize stretch sessions as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a high-end experience to every client
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions and promote future visits and membership options
• Manage client care by updating client notes consistently and booking weekly recurring appointments
• Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at all times

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Flexologist at StretchLab Appleton, you will need:

• A nationally recognized certification or license in a related field, such as personal training, massage therapy, yoga instruction, or Pilates teaching
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fitness facility, private training environment, or professional health setting
• Superior communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to connect with people and motivate them to achieve their goals
• The ability to successfully perform stretch routines on clients of all sizes and age groups
• A passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, and a desire to continually learn new principles in these areas

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Hands-on training and experience in areas such as anatomy, kinesiology, corrective exercise, post-rehab, and injury prevention
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients
• A positive and passionate attitude, with a focus on helping others achieve long-term progress and results
