**Key Responsibilities**
As an Engagement Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing outreach to nonprofits and small businesses in target markets, sharing the benefits and value of Synergy Works Better
* Prospecting and closing new business in target markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion
* Helping nonprofits with their fund development strategies, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
* Managing prospect presentations and participating in the new client onboarding team activities, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding process
* Serving as a client account manager for monthly check-ins, coordinating with the Synergy Team to ensure timely delivery of results and reporting of deliverables
* Participating in ongoing training and coaching focused on increasing earnings, team building, and mentorship, helping you develop the skills and expertise you need to succeed in your role
