Key Responsibilities
As a Teleradiologist, your primary responsibility will be to interpret a variety of medical imaging studies, including:
- MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
- CT (Computed Tomography) scans
- General X-Rays
- Limited Ultrasound
Your exceptional skills and expertise will enable you to read approximately 100 cases per night, contributing to the vital healthcare services of the hospital. Your schedule will be from 10 pm to 8 am for seven consecutive days, followed by 14 days off, totaling 17 weeks per year. With the flexibility of remote work, you can perform your duties from the comfort of your own home or our office, depending on your preference.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficiency in interpreting MRI, CT, General X-Rays, and limited Ultrasound: You should have extensive experience in reading and interpreting various medical imaging studies.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight shifts: As a Teleradiologist, you will be working independently during night shifts, and it is essential that you can manage your time effectively and work efficiently.
- Licensed in NY: You should be licensed to practice medicine in the state of New York.
- MD or DO: You should have a medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
