Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication, adhering to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage.
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and contractors, ensuring that they understand our services and benefits.
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and business partners to ensure that customer service issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Qualifications and Skills
