Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the research, development, and implementation of program curricula, tutorials, and activities for camps, courses, and programs, ensuring optimal quality and timely completion.
- Gain a deep understanding of the courses and software used in our camps and programs, enabling you to oversee and manage all STEAM courses effectively.
- Coordinate and lead training and orientations for staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support the execution of STEAM camps, courses, lessons, and other programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- Manage and oversee summer office interns, providing continuous coaching, mentoring, and growth opportunities to help them thrive in their roles.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in Education or a related field, with a proven track record of success in educational program development and management.

- Minimum 2 years of experience designing curricula for children between the ages of 6 and 15, with excellent technical writing ability and a focus on communication with a youth audience.
