Key Responsibilities: Driving Client Success through Data-Driven Insights
As a Data Product Leader, you will play a critical role in driving client success by developing and implementing data-driven strategies that meet and exceed client expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in maintaining technical understanding of issues affecting client product offerings and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Managing "in-house" client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of product implementations and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Guiding and driving client practices through partnerships with MRO Organization Movement Association and specialty unit partners to meet key account contract expectations.
- Developing, managing, and delivering client performance metrics, coordinating and conducting client business surveys through balanced scorecards as needed.
- Staying up-to-date with specific product offering capabilities through regular training and ensuring internal specialty unit partners clearly understand technical aspects of account contracts and key expectations.
- Applying logical and computational techniques, such as probability models, machine learning, data mining, and predictive analytics, to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
- Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to provide semi-routine data related to assigned tasks and raising issues and roadblocks as they arise.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- A strong background in data analysis and product leadership, with experience in the aviation or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive client relationships.
