As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Live Chat Operations team, working closely with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs. Your primary focus will be on growing your knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging this expertise to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Big Data Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs, ensuring accurate data capture and transformation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and apply this knowledge to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Big Data Platform.
- Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Leverage transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through extensive testing at various levels and use cases.
- Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
- Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
- Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of not less than 3+ years.
- Active collaboration with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups.
- Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems.
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed.
