Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Call Center Agent and Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Making multiple outbound calls to customers on behalf of their insurance companies, providing excellent customer service and gathering necessary information.
- Logging all necessary information into multiple software programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Receiving inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.

- Maintaining a high level of productivity, making at least 100 outbound calls per day, and meeting or exceeding performance targets.

- At least 2 years of inbound or outbound call center experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
