Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with blithequark clients to respond to how-to questions and investigate the blithequark platform, providing a "human-first" experience through voice and written interactions across various channels.
- Become an expert in blithequark products, understanding both the technical and client use-case levels to provide comprehensive support.
- Go beyond basic resolutions to identify opportunities to help clients maximize their value from blithequark, seeking new ways to work smarter and delight clients.
- Work with leadership to increase organizational efficiencies, sharing feedback and insights to help the team work smarter while driving client value higher.
- Partner with peer colleagues across various departments (Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, Maintenance, etc.) to increase client engagement and contribute to long-term client retention.

Essential Qualities

Preferred Experience and Skills
- 2+ years of experience providing SaaS client care to businesses, with a proven track record of positively impacting clients.
- Background in supporting various online software or SaaS products and/or IT experience.
- Experience building best practices focused on service quality and efficiencies, possibly from having served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Mentor, or Leader.
- Ability to work independently and through uncertainty while contributing to a strong team environment.
- Examples of prioritizing for highest impact/value work among competing needs or requests.
- Familiarity with basic web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript).
- Experience navigating and working with various support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Salesforce, Twilio).
