About the Role

In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for fielding a variety of inbound inquiries, resolving unique financial issues, and providing expert guidance and support to our customers. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to share customer feedback and experiences, and embodying the "blithequark Voice" – our unique approach to communicating with customers. Who You Are

To be successful in this role, you will be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, a patient and empathetic listener, and a skilled problem solver with a high degree of personal responsibility and ownership. You will be resilient, energized by the opportunity to speak with customers over the phone, and committed to delivering exceptional service and support. You will also be familiar with technology, able to efficiently use a Mac computer, external monitors, and computer accessories, and troubleshoot internet and technical issues as needed.
