Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tele-recruiting functions to support the defined goals of our Division. As a Customer Support Agent, you will contact blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation, providing a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of one year of telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience.
