Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of industry or related experience, with a strong understanding of the restaurant industry and its unique challenges
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction
- 1+ years of restaurant experience, with a deep understanding of restaurant operations and the importance of customer success
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
